Nordic Crosshammer

This crosshammer has been inspired by an Icelandic find of Mjölnir, the hammer of Thor. While not a traditional representation of Thors hammer (it looks more like a Christian cross upside down), closer inspection shows it to be a hammer nonetheless, as the crossbars are thick and round, and not flat like on a cross. Furthermore no Christian cross would usually carry the head of a beast. An example of how the last followers of the old gods adapted to the new times as the north was being christened.
